This archery gown is made of forest green wool crepe, and lined with pale green polyester crepe. There is pale green embroidery on the neckline and sleeve cuffs. The upper sleeves are slashed to reveal the lining. The center front has leather cording threading through oversewn eyelets. The gown is fully lined and laces up the back. The farewell ensemble was made for a wedding and the bride wanted white rather than the blue floral of the original. The silk charmeuse under gown has a collar and three tiered sleeves. The corseted over gown is made of white brocade and it laces up the back. The over gown is open up the front to the mid thigh. Both pieces are fully lined and trimmed with antique gold silk dupioni.
