The dress below is made of navy taffeta, with overlays of black velvet burnout on the skirt and peacock teal chiffon on the sleeves. The skirt is trimmed with lace and ribbon. The upper sleeves are twice puffed and trimmed with ribbon, and the lower sleeves are made of fishnet. The bodice is pleated and tabbed, trimmed with ribbon, and has lacing over the center panel. The deep red bengaline skirt has ribbon stripes and an overlay of black chiffon with velvet cutouts and fringed trim. The upper sleeves are twice puffed and trimmed with ribbon, and the lower sleeves are made of fishnet. The gown laces up the back.
